Returns, Warranty and Exchange Info - Read Before You Buy

Our warranty on all repair services is 90 days from the date of service. If any issue arises related to a repair we performed, the customer must contact us immediately. Failure to report issues within the 90-day period will result in denial of warranty service.

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or provide refunds for any reason, except in the case of Defective On Arrival (DOA) items. Once parts, supplies, or services are purchased, they are the property of the customer.

We do not guarantee repair timeframes. All service work is performed in accordance with manufacturer service manuals and required diagnostic procedures. Billing is based on the actual time spent by our technicians diagnosing and repairing the equipment.

We do not guarantee delivery times for supplies or parts. Shipping timelines are subject to carrier performance, including delays caused by holidays or high shipping volume.

We do not offer exchanges on any products sold. Customers are responsible for verifying compatibility and product selection prior to purchase.

If an exception to our no-refund policy is granted at our sole discretion, a 25% restocking fee will apply.

There are no refunds on ANY labor charges. No exceptions.
